I use this journal for work. I carry it to every meeting so that I have my notes with me at all times. I find it to be very sturdy. I can hook my blackberry and a pen to the cover. Its a convenient size to be carrying around all day, not too large and heavy like some journals, and not so small that I need a new one every 6 months. Its a little expensive for a journal, but I find it worth the money, and I got a great price on Amazon!
