Runescape 3D? Most likely. A bit of a slow processor, but it doesn’t take much for that game. Its a little more for just casual computer work, surfing the internet, that kind of thing. You wouldn’t want something that small for serious gaming, though.
Of course it can but don’t think of playing runescape, it sucks badly.

I think you can, but the only draw back is the size of the screen. The first time it might be ok, but maybe after a couple of months you might get annoyed at the size of the people and the rest!
