The product information suggests that this product is a Duracell brand battery. There is no evidence on the battery that it is made by Duracell. If I had to guess by markings, it may actually be a “Hi-Capacity” brand. We’ll have to wait and see if it lasts any longer than the under performing Dell batteries.

This battery worked great for three months…holding a charge for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Then suddenly it was only holding a charge for 15 minutes. (Even the original lousy Dell battery lasted longer than that!!) So, I guess I am shopping for a new battery. BUMMER!!

This battery was nice because it wasn’t as large as my last battery from Dell. Obviously that didn’t really matter too much because this thing only lasted for 3 months. Now it’s dead as dead gets and holds no charge whatsoever.
