You’ll have to use a USB CD-ROM drive or USB key, so that you can boot from the XP CD.

An ISO won’t help you because you will be rebuilding the current OS, which will not have the file system available during XP setup.

your software is supposed to have its instructions with it and if it does not well insert the disc and do what it tells u if not and u dont want to do it what u can do is contact a comuter exepert. and also keep working with vista so u can master it try something different I can tell u by my own experiences.

you can download it form the internet by Google it and vista is better do you know how bad that would be for your system i personally would not recommend it

There are ways to install Windows from a shared drive on a network, but it involves bootdisks and stuff and is generally really, really confusing for people who don’t know what they’re doing. Since you’re running Vista, you can’t install XP from a mounted ISO because Windows will prevent you from downgrading. The easiest solution is to get an external optical drive, and set the BIOS of your computer to boot from the “USB CD/DVD Drive” (or something similar) first.
