Go to another PC and download Clamwin portable anti-virus program.

Install the Clamwin portable anti-virus program on an USB pen drive.
Update the anti-virus definition files.
Set the preference to remove virus.
Take this USB pen drive to your infected PC.
Boot up your infected PC in safe mode by pressing F8 during start up.
Plug in the USB pen drive and run Clamwin anti-virus program.
Scan all your drives for viruses.

You don’t have 321 infections, you have antivirus 2009 which is telling you (falsely) that you do. You can do a system restore to a time before you downloaded it or you can go here ….http://www.download.com/Spyware-Doctor-with-AntiVirus-Starter-Edition/3000-2239_4-10816521.html … and download spyware doctor for free. It should get rid of it.

Anti-virus 2009 is the malware – it is a rogue application which gives false results. I suggest you boot into Safe Mode – press F8 when your computer starts – and follow this guide:

Antivirus 2009 is not a legit application. It displays fake scan results to scare the victim into purchasing the SCAM. So you should remove it asap.

Providing you have a-squared anti-malware installed and updated, do the following:
1. Close all the programs, except a-squared anti-malware. Yes, even Internet browser.
2. Open Task Manager. Under the Processes tab, find Explorer.exe and terminate it by clicking End Process. Desktop will disappear. Only a-squared should remain open.
3. Close the task manager as well and run the a-squared anti-malware scan. Wait until it’s finished and malware is removed.
