I have a toshiba laptop as well as i mislaid a hoop when i have mood as well as my laptop is actin so uncanny i only dont know what to do with it ! i need to know how to restart it i attempted all as well as it only seems similar to theirs no goal !! if i restart it i know i have to go in protected mode to only get upon a internet it wish let me in my comment greatfully assistance me appreciate u !

Without an OS or recovery disc, the best you can do is a System Restore, Start> all programs> accessories> system tools> system restore.
