Very nice laptop/messenger bag for the price. It’s got lots of cool, useful pockets just where you need them, including a collapsable water-bottle pocket on the outside, and a little ipod-sized pocket on the inside with a headphone out. The rear pocket has thick padding for your backside. The shoulder rest is clunky–but it’s velcroed so you can take it off if it bugs you. I had mine for a couple of years, and though it’s taken a beating, it held up very well–until my cat peed on it (cat owners beware–don’t leave it flat on the floor…) I’m probably going to order another one–it’s just more useful overall than other laptop/messenger bags I’ve had before.

The bag is great. Does what it needs to do and is stylish at the same time. Lightweight as well. Would recommend to others.
