  1. Finally there is a lightweight, portable laptop bookstand. I take it everywhere! It helps avoid back and neck strain associated with incorrect posture also. The elastic bands have adjustable tension positions and hold my computer from sliding and I’ve used it to hold open books for studying. It’s Great!!!

  2. I got this for my laptop and the portabook kept it cool to prevent overheating. To me, I felt that it was sturdy enough for my 13″ inch system, but I guess it would depend on the size. Overall, a good product.

I first bought one of these on clearance. When I finally began using it, I knew I needed two of them. I use them to hold up text books while studying or doing homework. Actually my children use them. I homeschool and they each needed one, especially for those large math books.

I bought this item thinking that it would be great support for my laptop and me. When I received it I was disappointed. My macbook pro kept sliding downward- even with those bands around it and almost dropped my laptop. It was not worth the $25 I spent . It looks like a kids toy made out of some cheap plastic that can break at any time. The only thing it is good for is to hold a couple of papers -and perhaps pencils and such behind it but not a laptop. This design is full of flaw. If want to keep your lap top safe, you’re better off without it. I would never recommend this item to anyone.
