You are not likely to get a laptop to do accurate and quick renderings in Revit unless you have a very simple structure. Rendering maxes out my Xeon quad core with 7GB RAM but I have a large structure. The 64bit is your best option with the REvit 2010 software-it is magnificent and a 32 bit machine can only utilize 2GB RAM at a time-not good when rendering. Get the largest HD you can, I have linked Revit files that exceed 130MB–my file is over 110MB and I have over 12 links on the file.
