DELL is probably the worst honestly. I would go for HP or Vaio types

No matter what anyone says, Dell is a good buy. If you’re willing to put money into upgrading it, you can get a really high-quality machine for the lowest price.

Alienware makes some very good computer systems, but I’m not sure what is available for that price range. I would recommend staying away from Gateway as I and other friends have had issues with laptops from them.

It’s either dell or hp depending on how much your willing to spend. HP are a trusty company along with dell, but are expensive. Dell is one of the top selling computers in the world.
Since you have a price range of 1500 plus it’s better to get an dell. Dell insprinons have won about 5 awards. I would say get a dell M1210. I don’ think it comes with an AMD processor though.
But you can customize it the way you want.

It’s going to be hard to find one with windows xp, but with the rest of your specs this is what I came up with I select the recommended settings for them and went in a deselected and selected what needed to be.

Just whatever you do not get a Dell computer, I listed hp, because it’s a brand I proud to support. I no longer support Dell.
